Racing
Racing is the heart of what we do. You see and feel it when visiting the shop or talking with us at events. There’s no hiding that I love the competition, what isn’t always immediately apparent is I love the learning that comes with racing more. Working together, pushing limits and building strong team dynamics all translate to superb communication skills. During this process we learn what makes fellow athletes faster, more comfortable and more efficient on the bike. This knowledge base easily transfers when helping a recreational cyclist work out their kinks.
The principles applied to training an athlete to peak precisely at the right moment are no different that helping you ride your first half or full century. Recreational cyclists have the same needs, want and concerns as a competitive cyclist. Comfort might trump speed in this case; however everyone wants to be comfortable.
Stop in or call the shop anytime. We look forward to helping you reach your goals. No matter where you set them.
